Talks to purchase the Tuscan outfit between current Siena president Giovanni Lombardi Stronati and prospective buyer Massimo Mezzaroma could be concluded before Christmas.
Discussions have been formally taking place since last week, when the two parties started negotiations at the Banca Monte dei Paschi in Rome, according to Ansa.it.
The financial details seem to be completed, but several important details still need to be finalised.
Mezzaroma is expected to pay up to €10 million, other than any debts the club may have, to be in charge of the Robur.
