Inter are ready to make a move for Lazio left-back Aleksandar Kolarov as they take another gander at him after a brief glance during the summer.

Il Corriere Dello Sport claims the Nerazzurri are devising plans to enter a scheme of transfer conduct to apply the sweeteners on Claudio Lotito and come away with the Serbian.

Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on Kolarov as he would be the perfect alternative to both Cristian Chivu and the injured Davide Santon. The Milanese giants had already tested Lazio's framework in the summer when they knocked on the door at Formello. However, Lotito rejected their advances.

Inter are expected to make a move for him, but he will cost around €15 million.

Despite the report, a move seems unlikely though as Massimo Moratti claimed he would not be spending any cash during the January transfer window.
