Bayern Munich's unsettled striker, Luca Toni, has told the press he will keep his transfer options open during the winter window.

"I would be willing to play in England or Spain," the player told the magazine Kicker.

The only sure thing appears to be that the ex-Fiorentina star will be leaving the Bavarian outfit during the winter, after barely featuring in the plans of coach Louis van Gaal and publicly announcing his displeasure.

It had been suggested he would only consider a return to Serie A, but it appears that the World Cup winner would also be willing to try his luck in La Liga or the Premier League.

The 32-year-old has been linked with a number of sides throughout Europe, including Inter, Roma, West Ham, Tottenham, and AC Milan. The striker is in search of first team football in order to try and win his spot back on the Azzurri in time for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
