Former Udinese, Lazio and Milan coach Alberto Zaccheroni has denied that he has been contacted by Bianconeri management to take over from current coach Pasquale Marino.

The Zebrette succumbed to another defeat over the weekend, this time to lowly-placed Siena 2-1.

"I have not been contacted by anyone from Udinese," Zaccheroni vehemently affirms to Novantesimo.it. "And am not on my way to Friuli.

"If you must know, I am in fact catching a plane to Malta for personal reasons," revealed the 1999 Scudetto winning coach with Milan.

Zaccheroni was in charge of Udinese between 1995-98.
