Juventus Striker Alessandro Del Piero: We Are All At Fault For Champions League Exit
The veteran will not point the finger at anyone and suggests the whole team must do their part to help the Bianconeri improve...
Juventus talisman Alessandro Del Piero claims there is no single person responsible for the club's Champions League exit at the hands of Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
"It's hard to find words because in this case there is very little to say and so much to do," he told Il Corriere dello Sport.
"There is not only one culprit, it is not who is more or less guilty. We all equally share the blame with no exceptions and we will all fight together to get out of this situation."
Del Piero has struggled since returning from injury and was removed at half-time yesterday after an ineffective 45 minutes.
"I am not satisfied with my performance, obviously, and everything that happened yesterday we cannot erase. We must learn from our mistakes and work even harder," he concluded.
