Inter president Massimo Moratti has been frank regarding Mario Ballotelli, claiming he is not for sale amid rumours Arsenal are keen on him.

"Balotelli is not on the market and he will certainly not be," the chief told the press as reported by La Repubblica.

Moratti is aware of strained relations between player and coach, but is confident that some clear the air talks will have the desired effect.

"Something needs to be fixed in terms of the behaviour between Balotelli, the coach and the rest of the team. I guess it's down to his age

"It's no real problem. He has get used to following the rules and having more dialogue with other players.

"Everything depends on how he takes on the advice given to him by Mourinho. In any case Balotelli will not move from Inter."

Barcelona's Lionel Messi has been a reported transfer target for Moratti. The chief has wished the forward all the best following his Ballon d'Or win.

"He deserves it, I am happy for him as he is a very good player. Is he a dream? No," concluded the chief.
