Roma Follow Flamengo Striker Adriano - Report
The Giallorossi are looking beyond Europe for a striker...
Il Corriere Dello Sport claims the Lupi are eager to land a centre forward. They have recently been linked with Tottenham Hotspur outcast Roman Pavlyuchenko and Real Madrid's Ruud Van Nistelrooy.
However, they are now focussing on the Brazilian ace who has been outstanding for Flamengo even since his move there from Inter.
The report claims Daniele Prade is following Adriano, who has lost 14 kilos in weight, and would welcome a return to Italy.
Adriano would be a good addition to Claudio Ranieri's side and president Rosella Sensi could provide the funds for a January move.
Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has also been tipped to join Roma, but his agent said there had not been any contact with the club on Monday.
