Chelsea Plan €58m Raid On Milan For Alexandre Pato - Report
Pato could be ready to reunite with former coach Ancelotti, who wants the youngster to relocate to the Premier League...
Milan are bracing themselves for a lucrative bid from Chelsea, who are ready to table €58 million for Brazilian ace Alexandre Pato.
Il Riformista claims Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is making plans to raid the Italian market this January.
The report suggests Milan are keen to sell their prized assets in order to freshen up their team. Edin Dzeko of Wolfsburg, who will cost around €30m, is a supposed target.
It is said Pato speaks to Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti on a regular basis, with the Italian eager to lure the Brazilian to Stamford Bridge.
Ancelotti is now likely to pressure billionaire owner Roman Abramovich to bring out the golden goose for January, but a move in June is the more likely.
No official comment has been passed on these rumours.
