Ezequiel Lavezzi Ruled Out Of Napoli's Clash With Parma - Report
'El Pocho' has picked up a thigh injury, the full extent of which will be determined over the weekend...
The 24-year-old picked up an injury during training on Friday, which has provisionally been diagnosed as a strain to the adductor muscle in his right thigh, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The strain has ruled him out of this weekend's fixture, and the Argentine will undergo further examinations over the course of the weekend in order to fully establish the extent of the injury.
Lavezzi was not involved in the Partenopei's narrow Coppa Italia victory over Cittadella on Thursday night, but has featured on a regular basis in Serie A.
He has played in all 13 league games so far and found the back of the net on two occasions, helping Walter Mazzarri's side up to ninth place in the league.
