Milan striker Marco Borriello has made a recovery from injury and is ready to play against Olympique de Marseille in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Borriello had reportedly suffered a twisted left knee during Monday's training training session, leading to fears he would be out of contention for this clash.
However, La Gazzetta Dello Sport claims he has recovered and will start the game ahead of Filippo Inzaghi.
Borriello trained on Wednesday morning during the final pre-match session and showed encouraging signs.
He is expected to play in the middle of the attack, flanked by Alexandre Pato to his right and Ronaldinho to his left.
Clarence Seedorf should feature behind the front trio, with Massimo Ambrosini and Andrea Pirlo protecting the back line.
