Milan forward Ronaldinho had another good game on Sunday to help his side clinch three precious points against a resilient Cagliari side thanks to a spectacular 4-3 win.

Ronaldinho produced some great assists apart from scoring a goal from the penalty spot, even though he was a doubt until the end due to some fever which hit him last week.

“I’m really happy because the team today won and obtained these really important points,” declared the Brazilian player to Milan Channel.

“I’m also happy for my assists, for me it’s easy to be able to play with intelligent players like [Marco] Borriello and Pato, who understand what I can do for them on the pitch.

“Despite Friday’s fever, I remained tranquil because even though I was unable to train with the team, I still managed to do a good job. I want to continue on these levels.”

Thanks to this win Milan held on to their third place in the standings as they currently have 25 points from 13 games played.
