Juventus Won An Important Match - Diego
The playmaker was unable to punish the Friulian side, but will take the three points nonetheless...
Juventus playmaker Diego may not have been able to contribute on the score sheet for the Bianconeri, but the Brazilian was happy to claim maximum points against Udinese.
Diego will now have to shift his attention to the midweek Champions League clash with Bordeaux in France.
" In the first half, we did not move a lot," the 23-year-old told Juventus Channel post-match. "There was too much distance between the midfielders and forwards.
"This is why we had a little difficulty.
"In the second half, we played better and in the end, we won a very important match.
"Now we need maximum concentration for the game against Bordeaux, a match we can - and must - win." summed up Diego.
