Roma Are Not Looking For Excuses, Only Victory Against Bari - Claudio Ranieri
The Giallorossi trainer has lauded the Galletti's style of football...
Roma coach Claudio Ranieri has warned his side that he does not want to be using injuries as an excuse after their match against Bari tomorrow.
The Giallorossi have a number of players suffering from physical ailments, while Francesco Totti is recovering his fitness after more than a month on the sidelines, but Ranieri wants to concentrate on the task at hand.
"We don't want to have any sort of excuses, neither on the injured or on those just coming back," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com Italia.
"Francesco has only had a week's work with the squad, he's still a little bit behind.
"Juan has told me that he doesn't want to play, so I will not risk him. I hope he can recover form this muscular problem. Doni? There's no punishment for anyone."
The former Juventus coach praised Giampiero Ventura's Bari side ahead of tomorrow's match, with particular emphasis on their style of play.
"Ventura knows how to get his team to play very well - Bari definitely play the best Italian style of football."
