Cagliari Are Still Interested In Juventus Starlet Lorenzo Ariaudo - President
The Isolani president believes that a move could be belatedly finalised when the January transfer window opens...
The 20-year-old defender has made a handful of appearances for the Bianconeri, but it is believed that Ciro Ferrara is eager for him to be loaned out for valuable first-team experience.
Though Ariaudo's move to the Rossoblu in the summer collapsed at the 11th hour, Cellino believes that it could be back on the cards in January.
"We need defensive reinforcements," he told Tuttojuve.com.
"The only transfers we will do will be in this regard. We like Ariaudo and we had an agreement with him in August. Then he didn't arrive because of bureaucratic reasons.
"If he still wants to come, we are here."
The question of Federico Marchetti's future was then put to Cellino, but the president dismissed reports claiming that the highly-rated 'keeper is set to leave the club for Milan.
"[Marchetti to Milan in June?] In June of which year?" he smiled.
