Gianluca Zambrotta: AC Milan Want The Scudetto & Champions League
The Italian international can envisage a degree of success at San Siro...
AC Milan defender Gianluca Zambrotta has emphasised his commitment to deliver the Champions League and Scudetto this term.
The Rossoneri are beginning to rescale the heights both domestically and on the continent as they prepare to face Cagliari and then Marseille over the next six days. The Italian has stressed the importance of consistency as he underlines seasonal objectives.
"We are keen for both the Scudetto and Champions League because we have not won the Italian title for quite a while," Zambrotta told Tuttosport.
"We want to reach both objectives."
Zambrotta is well aware that time will tell for the Rossoneri, and he is urging caution ahead of their upcoming fixtures.
"We have been working hard all week to prepare for this game," added the defender.
"We cannot underestimate Cagliari. Then we will think about the game on Wednesday."
