Inter's Davide Santon To Undergo Operation
The starlet will miss out on playing for the Nerazzurri...
Inter defender Davide Santon will undergo knee surgery on his right side to correct his meniscus that he injured, according to TMW.
The 18-year-old could be out of action for up to a month, roughly about the same time that Nerazzurri team-mate Esteban Cambiasso was missing with the same complaint in August.
Santon pulled up sore during the Azzurrini's match with Luxembourg, and will now be on the sidelines, unable to help the Beneamata preserve their five-point buffer over Juventus.
The news has come directly from the Inter medical staff, led by Professor Franco Combi.
Inter's next opponent will be Bologna on Sunday, when the league returns.
