Roma Will Not Swap Julio Baptista For Roman Pavlyuchenko - Agent
Julio Baptista's agent denied rumours of a swap deal involving Tottenham Hotspur's Roman Pavlyuchenko.
That's what his agent Herminio Mendez revealed today, in response to rumours of a possible swap deal involving the Brazilian and Tottenham Hotspur striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
"There's no truth to the rumour of a swap deal in January," the agent said to Romanews.eu. "Right now Julio is with the national team. In any case any talk of this must be postponed to the future."
It's probable that the player will remain at Trigoria for the remainder of the season. However, it seems almost likely that he will leave the club next summer.
