"Inler? He certainly will not leave in January. We consider all members of our squad as important," he told Radio Gol.
"There was nothing - only Napoli were enamoured with him. Inler is an extraordinary person. We want to give continuity to this project and we will not make our players available to other clubs."
Star man Di Natale was also linked with a move to Napoli in the summer.
"Napoli wanted him and he spoke with them, but in the end nothing happened," revealed Gasparin.
"He is a part of our project and we are happy to have him with us and he is happy to be here."
The veteran striker currently leads the Serie A scoring charts with nine goals to his name.
