Milan Can Achieve Much This Season – Daniele Bonera
The 28-year-old has looked ahead to a tough month, but he believes that the side will really be able to showcase their strength due to astute management...
Milan defender Daniele Bonera has spoken about the upcoming matches awaiting his side before the Christmas break, games that will shape the Rossoneri's campaign domestically and on the continent.
Despite a poor start to the season, Bonera, who is currently sidelined due to injury, believes that the Rossoneri have what it takes to reach their targets this term.
“There will be another tour de force because playing every three days is not easy,” the former Parma player told Milan Channel.
“However, the team and the coach have done well because they have measured out their strengths, making the right substitutions without ever changing the efficiency of the team.
“Maybe we did not start well, but we have proven that this squad, with a bit more amalgamation, can still give a lot and can obtain great results.”
Milan are currently in third place with 22 points from 12 games.
