The player's agent recently claimed that the 28-year-old has faith in coach Claudio Ranieri, but whether that faith will be repaid in the direction of Brighi remains to be seen.
As a result of both injury and tactical decisions, the former Parma man has only made seven appearances in Serie A this season.
Brighi was a bright spot for the Giallorossi last term, but he has frequently been linked with an exit from the capital club due to their financial situation.
Despite featuring for Italy last term, the player has not been recalled to the national team since narrowly missing out on the Confederations Cup.
