Parma Starlet Alberto Paloschi Forced To Withdraw From Italy U-21 Side – Report
The young attacker picked up an injury in his side’s most recent league fixture.
One of the star players for the club this term has been attacking starlet Alberto Paloschi, who has scored four goals thus far, and has formed a lethal partnership with Valeri Bojinov up front for the Ducali.
His good performances have seen him earn a call-up once again to the Italy Under-21 national team, for their upcoming European Championship qualifiers against Hungary and Luxembourg.
According to the latest reports from Corriere dello Sport though, an ultrasound and an MRI scan has revealed that the injury Paloschi picked up in his side’s most recent league clash against Chievo, is a little more serious than first thought, meaning that he has been ruled out of the two qualifiers.
The player has strained the thigh muscle in his left leg, and is expected to be out on the sidelines for up to three weeks, placing him in doubt for the Gialloblu’s trip to Tuscany to take on Fiorentina after the international break.
