The Nerazzurri's lead at the top has been cut to five points by Juventus, following their 5-2 victory over Atalanta. Milan are third, seven points behind Inter, after their 2-1 win over Lazio.
The Inter chief is starting to feel the pressure and has told his players that there is still a long way to go, and plenty of hard work to do.
"It's still two early to talk. You can't say it's a two horse race between Inter and Juventus as Milan are doing very well," Moratti told Stadio Sprint.
"Every Saturday and Sunday you start to have fear of what may happen, but we are still happy for the advantage we have, but we have to be very careful."
The chief is already looking ahead to the Champions League clash with Barcelona in just over two weeks time. Zlatan Ibrahimovic has received some criticism from a number of Inter fans for the way he left, but Moratti feels it's unfair to bad mouth the hitman.
"Zlatan made us win so much that I cannot allow myself to speak badly of him. The game against Barcelona will be important," concluded Moratti.
