Alexandre Pato Happy With Milan Win
The Rossoneri are going through a very positive period, both in Serie A and the Champions League...
Milan striker Alexandre Pato was on the score sheet as his team continued their current good form with a 2-1 win against Lazio on Sunday afternoon.
According to Pato, the secret to their recent success is all in the hard work during training sessions which has helped the Rossoneri to improve drastically over the past few weeks.
“I’m really happy because we won,” declared the Brazilian player to Milan Channel.
“It was a difficult game because Lazio is a strong team with great players.
“We managed to score two goals in the first half, we must only be more careful because then, in the second half, we conceded a goal.
“I’m happy for Ronaldinho, for the assist which allowed me to score. Personally, I’m happy, I must only be more careful in some game situations.
“Things for the team are going better because during training we all work a lot to do well during games and things come easier for us.”
Thanks to this win Milan have climbed up to third place with 22 points from 12 games played, two points behind second-placed Juventus and seven points adrift of Inter.
