Chievo may have gone down 2-0 at the hands of Parma on the weekend, but coach Domenico Di Carlo can still see the positives that have come out of the match.

According to the boss, the Flying Donkeys were flat in the first half, but reacted well, always searching for the equalising goal.

"It was a decisive match that favoured Parma at the end," Di Carlo told Datasport.

"We played well under our best in the first half, but after the break, we got better, as we were looking for the equaliser.

"After we hit the crossbar, the game changed. These defeats will help the side grow though."

Chievo take on Sampdoria in a fortnight, after the international break.
