Sampdoria Clash Will Be A Test Of Character – Cagliari Coach Massimiliano Allegri
The Rossoblu are in fine form following three consecutive victories...
After watching his Cagliari side return to form following three wins on the trot, coach Massimiliano Allegri is hoping to match the positive feat of four victories in a row achieved last season at the Sant’Elia with a win over Sampdoria on Sunday.
“[Gigi] Del Neri’s outfit are a side extremely well organised at the back,” declared Allegri to CorrieredelloSport.
“There are extremely dangerous in possession and we mustn’t give in to their exploits up top. It will be a real test of character to see if we can continue to plough on against a side in such top form.
“I have some tough choices to make in the forward line, as everyone is currently fit and raring to go. Nevertheless, whoever I pick I expect them to produce the same level of performance as in recent weeks,” he concluded.
