Lazio Striker Julio Cruz Set To Return Against AC Milan - Report
'El Jardinero' has shaken off an injury and should take a spot in the starting XI...
The squad has been struggling lately, with coach Davide Ballardini's job on the line. The coach had recently complained of the lack of squad depth, so the return of Cruz will be a welcome addition.
Lazio have just one point from their last four games in all competitions, most recently being thrashed by Villarreal 4-1 in the Europa League on Thursday.
The 35-year-old has three goals in 10 appearances for the Biancocelesti this season and is likely to start alongside Mauro Zarate in attack at the Stadio Olimpico.
