It comes as a surprise for Santon who had recently been involved with the senior Azzurri side. There are also three new faces in the team. Arsenal's Vito Mannone has been given the nod, as has Chelsea youngster Fabio Borini. Cesena's Ezequiel Schelotto is also there.
