Juventus coach Ciro Ferrara is hoping no further problems strike his forward department as he only has David Trezeguet available for the tricky away match against Atalanta on Saturday night.
An injury plague has taken a grip on the club as, according to Goal.com Italia, they have had over 30 injuries to deal with since last August, leaving Ferrara with a major selection headache.
Juve now head to Bergamo with Trezeguet as the lone ranger. Vincenzo Iaquinta is not expected back until December following surgery to his knee while Alessandro Del Piero's return is still uncertain, despite reports claiming he is fully fit.
Sebastian Giovinco, who has been outstanding recently, is doubtful for the trip following a muscular problem he sustained earlier this week.
Amauri, meanwhile, is unavailable as he is forced to serve a one-game ban after being sent off against Napoli last week.
