Bruce Arena: LA Galaxy Can Move On Following David Beckham's AC Milan Resolution
Galaxy can now concentrate on conquering the universe...
LA Galaxy boss Bruce Arena is happy that the David Beckham loan move to Milan is out in the open, as it will allow his team to concentrate on the task at hand.
The MLS outfit will face Chivas USA over the weekend in the second leg of the Western Conference semi-final series following a 2-2 draw earlier.
The ageing midfielder had previously been warned by England boss Fabio Capello that he would not be considered for the 2010 World Cup unless he maintained his fitness levels and played at the highest level.
"It's [Beckham's loan move to Milan] been publicised for two months now," Arena told Sky Sports News.
"Our team has been well aware of it but we just want to put that to bed and get it over with.
"We think it's the right thing for David to do given the circumstances with England for the next World Cup and we would rather get that taken care of now and move forward."
Beckham will make his return to the fashion capital of Europe in January, on a six-month loan.
