'Sheva', who played for Milan, is particularly keen to stir up the rivalry. Inter are desperate to win, but the striker is ready to put the dampers on the their aspirations.
"Inter are one of my historic rivals and it would be a pleasure to confront them. It would be a great satisfaction to beat them," Shevchenko told the press.
"They are really strong in Serie A, more prepared compared to the Champions League."
Dynamo coach Valeri Gazzaev appeared even more optimistic, claiming his side are better than Jose Mourinho's.
"Our players are technically stronger than Inter's," added the coach.
