Lazio Impose Press Silence Following Draw With Siena

The Biancocelesti’s winless streak stretched to over two months following this afternoon’s recent setback...

As their dreadful start to the campaign continued with an unsatisfactory draw with bottom side Siena, Lazio’s press office officially declared a press silence via the clubs official website.

Following the declaration, neither players nor coach were permitted to make any official declarations in the wake of the 1-1 draw with the Robur.

With the club sitting just two points off the drop zone, it now remains to be seen how much time coach Davide Ballardini has left on the bench.

As they look to prepare for a tricky away test in the Europa League against Villarreal on Thursday evening, it looks certain to be another testing week for the Biancocelesti even if they have chosen to work in silence.
