AC MILAN
Dida: 7.5 – We saw Dida circa 2002 tonight as he made some wonderful saves especially on Dzemaili and Paloschi.
Oddo: 7 - Is starting to round into form for the Rossoneri and galloped forward at will this evening and although the final product was lacking at first, he fixed his radar and whipped in three or four excellent crosses.
Kaladze: 6 - Deputised for the injured Nesta and while he doesn’t instil confidence in the Rossoneri faithful, he did a solid job keeping Paloschi and Bojinov off the scoresheet.
Thiago Silva: 7 - Is settling in nicely in the centre of defence and he almost put the match to bed with a spectacular run that he finished off by heading the ball against the crossbar.
Antonini: 6 - Made his second appearance of the season for Milan and put in an admirable shift. Pushed forward when we was needed and always tracked back to attend to his defensive duties. His evening was cut short due to injury.
Gattuso: 6 - The Calabrese pitbull packed a powerful bite tonight as he made some ferocious tackles. He may be past his prime but still adds some much needed steel to the Milan midfield.
Pirlo: 6.5 - The deep lying playmaker’s vision was on full display in the first half but he dropped a gear in the final 45 minutes.
Seedorf: 6 - The Dutchman was shackled for most of the evening and wasn’t able to strut his stuff as he would have liked.
Ronaldinho: 7 - Kept his starting spot despite his reported squabble with Leonardo after the Napoli clash and it’s a good thing he did as he set up both goals with lovely threaded passes.
Borriello: 7.5 - His two goals should fend off his critics for the time being.
Pato: 6 – Had a bit of trouble getting into the match in the early going and should have done better with his glancing header in the 31st minute but was unlucky not to have been awarded a penalty in the second half.
Substitutions
Zambrotta: 6 – He replaced the injured Antonini and did what he had to do to preserve the victory.
Ambrosini: 6 – Continued where Gattuso left off in the midfield trenches.

PARMA
Mirante: 6 - Was left to fend for himself against Borriello and was beaten between the legs for the first goal and had no chance on the second.
Zaccardo: 6 – The former Palermo defender was positionally sound tonight but does not look like the player he was three years ago.
Dellafiore: 6 - His poor clearance gifted Seedorf a chance in the second half but Mirante came to his rescue.
Panucci: 6.5 - The wily, old veteran stood tall and proud at the back tonight and did not look out of place despite playing in the twilight of his career.
Lucarelli: 5 - His coach will be furious with the defender for keeping Borriello onside for the first goal of the match.
Morrone: 6.5 - The Gialloblu captain was handed the task of shadowing Seedorf which he did very well. Took some ill-advised shots in the first half though.
Dzemaili: 6 - The Swiss international played directly off the two strikers and created a couple of chances for himself as he hit the crossbar seconds before Borriello’s opening goal. Faded in the second half and was hooked at the hour mark.
Lunardi: 5 – Was extremely lucky not have conceded a penalty after chopping down Pato in the penalty area.
Galloppa: 7 - The former Siena man swept up a boatload of loose balls in the midfield but should have done much better with his side-footed effort in the 34th minute.
Paloschi: 6.5 - The youngster is co-owned by Milan and after overcoming an early case of the nerves missed a glorious chance in the 70th minute.
Bojinov: 6.5 - Has been making the most of his new lease of life in Serie A but will be a little disappointed with tonight’s performance. He wasn’t afraid to shoot on site but failed to find the back of the net.

Amoruso: 6 – Failed to make the impact his coach had in mind.
Lanzafame: 6.5 – Almost surprised Dida moments after coming on and did well in his 20-minute stint tonight.
