Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has drawn parallels between football and the world of cinema, claiming players are like actors in an industry that is closer to entertainment than sport.

The Partenopei travel to Turin to clash with the Old Lady on Saturday evening. De Laurentiis is in laid-back mood, joking about the game, as well as Alessandro Del Piero and Gennaro Gattuso.

"I can see Del Piero and Gattuso in a film. Del Piero is like the quiet pretender who always wins in the end, a bit like Hugh Grant, he would get all the favours from women," De Laurentiis told Tuttosport.

"As for Gattuso, he would be good in a Serpico role.

"Football is like the film and entertainment industry, and this makes clubs have serious money making objectives."

The Italian then focussed on Napoli, noting that they have a chance to qualify for Europe this season.

"Our season started with the Bologna game [on October 18]. Now we hope for the Europa League, and then we will see what happens next year," added the film producer.

"A swap deal with [Juan Camilo] Zuniga and [Paolo] De Ceglie? We will see. We have spoken about various things with [coach Walter] Mazzarri."
