A lot of changes have been taking place at Napoli lately. After a disappointing start to the season, sporting director Pierpaolo Marino and coach Roberto Donadoni are no longer with the club, replaced by Riccardo Bigon and Walter Mazzarri respectively.

These decisions were of course made by Napoli president and part-time movie producer Aurelio De Laurentiis, who talked about the new recruits.

"If Mazzarri were to be in a movie, he would be perfect for the role of a poker player: he has one card covered and he's not showing it to anyone," he said to Napoli Magazine.

"I've asked him to bring good football back to the San Paolo, because some of the scenes seen over the last year were depressing. I like the coach's philosophy: he wants a team with heart in which anyone can score."

On the appointment of Riccardo Bigon, son of former Scudetto-winning Napoli coach Alberto Bigon, De Laurentiis said, "I didn't even know that his father had coached Napoli. I chose Bigon because he's a lawyer, and I also like to talk about contracts, plus he's young."

The president also called for respect from the international federations, stating, "If a footballer of mine gets hurt in an international match, I want to be refunded for the amount of money I spent on him. Even if he plays just two thirds of the games for his national team, I have to cash in, otherwise I won't let that player leave anymore."

Finally, on the possibility of seeing Antonio Cassano reunited with his former Sampdoria coach Mazzarri at Napoli, he said, "I was a dreamer as a kid but this will remain a dream."
