New Lazio coach Davide Ballardini is unveiled by the club at their Formello headquarters
After watching an entertaining goalless draw in which both sides had numerous chances to find a winner, Lazio coach Davide Ballardini was satisfied with a point as he commented in the post-match interview to Rai.

“Both sides had some great chances, therefore the draw is a fair result,” he declared.

“It was a great match and we could have nicked it when [Pasquale] Foggia missed from just metres out.

“Against Parma we were tired and deserved to lose against a side who played much brighter than us. Last week against Palermo and today a defeat wouldn’t have been fair as we did enough to win both matches.

The Ravenna born tactician then complimented the Viola and commented on the form of Tommaso Rocchi who has recently returned from injury.

“[Manuel] Vargas had a great game today and he always managed to get into important positions down the left. Rocchi is getting back to form and he will soon get back to being the player we all know and love.”
