The Rossoneri have been dealt another injury blow, with Silva out of contention for the Udinese trip...Milan defender Thiago Silva is set to miss three games, including next week's Champions League clash against Zurich, after being struck down by injury.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Brazilian stopper had to abandon the pitch in pain at Milanello this morning.
Silva has suffered a muscular strain to his right leg, and he is expected to undergo further tests later today.
He will miss the journey to Udinese on Wednesday night, as well as the game against Bari this weekend. There are also fears he will skip the Zurich clash next Wednesday.
The Rossoneri have not confirmed the report, but Leonardo is likely to give an update on Silva during this afternoon's pre-match press conference.
Milan are likely to start with Alessandro Nesta and Kakhaber Kaladze in central defence, with Gianluca Zambrotta and Marek Jankulovski on either side.
