Massimo Oddo Disappointed With Milan Draw
The Rossoneri were held to a goalless draw by a solid Livorno side on Saturday night in the third matchday of the Italian top flight.
“It’s a pity because we wanted to win, but we faced a good Livorno side who put us in difficulty, especially in the first half because they ran and pressed a lot,” explained the former Lazio defender to Milan Channel.
“In the second half Milan played better and we were placed better on the pitch, but we did not manage to be concrete enough. It was not a brilliant performance, but with a bit more luck we could have won.
“Personally I’m satisfied with my performance tonight, because I had not played in a long time and it was not easy to take back my position on the pitch.”
Milan will be hoping to return to winning ways next weekend as they host Bologna at San Siro in the fourth matchday of Serie A.
