Napoli’s Datolo Loses Passport, All But Ruling Him Out Of Genoa Clash – Report
The Argentinean may be forced to sit out his side’s next fixture.
Napoli will travel to the Marassi stadium to take on the high flying Genoa this weekend; however they may have to do it without one of their star players, who was away on international duty last week.
According to Ansa.it, Jesus Datolo, who was set to return back from South America following his commitments with Argentina, has lost his passport and is therefore unable to leave the continent.
Datolo now faces a race against time in order to return to the Italian peninsula; however it looks extremely unlikely that his coach Roberto Donadoni will opt to use him against the Grifoni, due to what has happened.
In better news for the club, Datolo’s Argentinean compatriot Ezequiel Lavezzi, as well as the Uruguayan Walter Gargano, have both safely returned home, and are definite starters for their crucial match this weekend.
