Champions League Is Milan's Natural Habitat - Adriano Galliani
The Rossoneri's director is not worried about the start of the season and last Saturday's trashing by Inter.
Galliani is looking at the remainder of the season optimistically as he is confident that the Rossoneri are strong enough to compete for the top positions; and the main objective remains the Champions League.
"We played a good first half hour, then we conceded the goal carelessly and then the rest happened," commented the Milan director to Milan Channel.
"We are looking at many things, but life goes on and we have a good team; we didn't die. Then, we shall go back to our natural habitat: the Champions League."
Galliani also defended coach Leonardo's start to the season, comparing it to that experienced by legendary coach, Arrigo Sacchi.
"Leonardo is quite serene," he continued. "Even Sacchi lost his first game at home."
Milan currently have three points in the standings and they will be hoping to add three more in less than two weeks time when they travel to Livorno in the third matchday of Serie A.
