Fiorentina Reject Chelsea's Advances For 'Unsellable' Stevan Jovetic
The Viola starlet has been the subject of interest from the Blues...
Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo Corvino has laughed off an enquiry by Chelsea over Stevan Jovetic's availability.
The 19-year-old came off the bench to great effect during the week against Sporting CP, scoring the equaliser minutes after arriving on the pitch, and his performance impressed Chelsea scout Carlo Jacomuzzi.
Jacomuzzi approached Corvino after the game to formally ask the director about Jovetic, but his request was knocked back by the transfer guru.
"If you want, I'll give you a Florentine steak, but for Jovetic, there is no price for Fiorentina - he is unsellable," Corvino said, according to calciomercato.com.
The former Partizan forward joined Fiorentina last summer for a fee of €8m.
