I Know Nothing About De Silvestri Medical With Fiorentina - Lazio Chief Lotito
Lazio president Claudio Lotito talked about Lorenzo De Silvestri's possible transfer to Fiorentina.
Tomorrow could be the decisive day for Lazio full-back Lorenzo De Silvestri's passage to Fiorentina. That would solve the problems of one of the triumvirate of want-away Biancocelesti players, the others being striker Goran Pandev and Cristian Ledesma.
According to earlier reports, De Silvestri sustained medical checks today with the Viola, but Lazio president Claudio Lotito has denied this.
"A medical? I only know he had permission," he said to ViolaNews.it, "I don't know what he did. We can only say the transfer has been finalised if the contract has been deposited at the Lega offices."
Lotito did admit that there have been negotiations with Fiorentina for the player's transfer.
"De Silvestri wants to be sold permanently and we are talking about this with the teams who want him," he added.
Although the Lazio president is staying vague, De Silvestri seems certain to sign for Fiorentina.
