Just over four months on from scoring a hat-trick against the Bianconeri, Sergio Pellissier is returning to the Stadio Olimpico in Turin to face Juventus again.
It was arguably his finest game in a Chievo Verona shirt, and Pellissier now has hopes of scoring another hat-trick against Gianluigi Buffon this weekend.
"To forget that is impossible," he told Tuttosport. "Team-mates and friends are always bringing it up. I hope to score another three against Buffon, and not just against him!"
Pellissier is very aware, however, that it will be a tough ask after Juventus made some astute signings this summer.
"The Bianconeri have reinforced quite a lot this summer. Then let us not forget that last time Juve didn't have Amauri [due to injury], a great striker.
"I spent three great seasons with 'Ama' at Chievo. We speak often, I sent him a text after his goal in the Trofeo TIM - he was really buzzing."
The 30-year-old considered Chievo's chances for the season, and believes that a European place is possible.
"[My objective is] safety with Chievo and to improve on the 13 goals from last year. The European dream? Only if we repeat [the form of] the second half of last season."
