Juventus Plan Swoops For Giuseppe Rossi And Antonio Cassano Next Year - Report
The Bianconeri have ended their incoming transfer market campaign for this summer, but have already planned two big purchases for next season.
In fact the Bianconeri are set to concentrate their efforts on signing Sampdoria forward Antonio Cassano and Villarreal forward Giuseppe Rossi, to strengthen the offensive department with two young, creative and highly talented players.
With regard to Rossi, 22, the Old Lady have already been in contact with the Spanish side since the Confederations Cup, when the player admitted that he wanted a return to the peninsula.
Despite the failure to sign Rossi this summer, the negotiations seem to be at a good point and it seems quite probable that the Bianconeri will snap him up in due course.
On the other hand, 27-year-old Cassano must prove that he is on the right track and that he can produce another high quality season with the Blucerchiati.
If he manages to convince Italian national team coach Marcello Lippi, then this will pave the way for his arrival at Juventus, where he is seen as the ideal heir to Alessandro Del Piero.
