Following Mirko Vucinic's recent declaration that he would reject an eventual offer from Tottenham Hotspur, it now seems the Montenegrin is prepared to sacrifice himself if Roma ask him to do so.
“I am happy here working to score 20 goals for Roma next season,” he declared to Gazzetta dello Sport.
“However if my departure is necessary in order to help the current status of the club then I would be ready to do what is needed and help the cause.”
With Roma still yet to make any major changes to their squad, much of Giallorossi faithful are nervously waiting to see if some big names are to be sacrificed before the end of the summer.
