Carlo Ancelotti: Pastore A Great Signing For Palermo
The Rosanero have signed one of the hottest prospects from South America as they continue to strengthen the team ahead of the new season...
Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has praised Palermo's purchase of Huracan midfielder Javier Matias Pastore, who is considered by many as a future star of the Argentine national team.
Ancelotti believes that the Rosanero have signed player who has the qualities and skills to become a genuine superstar.
"He's a player I saw, he has great potential," explained the former Milan coach to Sky Sport.
"He's a young lad and I think that Palermo made a good purchase. The Rosanero club was quick to sign him up."
The 20-year-old player has done well with Huracan, playing 31 league games this past season and scoring eight goals.
The attacking midfielder has been compared to Kaka, but only time will tell if he can ever be of the same class.
