Plenty of noise surrounding the futures of both men has surfaced since the end of last term. Ibrahimovic was linked with Barcelona, while Maicon was said to be engineering a move to Real Madrid.
It is suggested that coach Jose Mourinho has given specific orders that no-one will be sold after pre-season begins next week, and Oriali claims both men will be on the club's tour of the USA when it starts on Monday.
"There are no particular problems for Ibrahimovic and Maicon," Oriali told Sky Sport Italia.
"Everything has been resolved and both men are happy to remain [with Inter]. I hope they can both contribute greatly to our success. Ibrahimovic will head to Boston on Sunday, while Maicon and Julio Cesar will follow after."
