Juventus talisman Alessandro Del Piero has set a number of goals for himself over the next few years, according to Tuttosport.

The first item on his agenda will be to sort out his contract renewal, as his current deal expires next summer. The negotiations have yet to pick up pace, but it seems the free-kick specialist is willing to take a pay cut to around €3.5 million per year.

The Bianconeri have not managed to win any trophies since the Calciopoli scandal and 'Pinturicchio' will concentrate on bringing glory back to Turin next, with the Scudetto and Champions League in mind.

Finally, the club captain has not given up on participating in another World Cup.  The 34-year-old was part of the squad that won the 2006 edition in Germany and is aiming for a place in the squad in South Africa in 2010.

Italy boss Marcello Lippi called up his former pupil at the beginning of his second reign in charge in the fall of 2008, but has ignored him since.

Del Piero has 91 caps for Italy and has scored over 260 goals for Juventus since joining them the club 1993.
