Former Inter, Lazio, Parma, Manchester City and Reggina striker Bernardo Corradi has joined Udinese, the club have announced.

The Italian hitman has been looking for a club after rescinding his contract with Reggina back in May when the club were relegated to Serie B. The Friulani have now signed him on a free transfer as a replacement for Fabio Quagliarella, who joined Napoli last month.

A statement on the club's official website Udinese.it reads:

"Udinese S.p.A would like to communicate the permanent acquisition of striker Bernardo Corradi."

Patron Giampaolo Pozzo and sporting diretor Sergio Gasparin have been busy wheeling and dealing as the club announced other transfer market deals.

"Udinese have sent Paulo Vitor Barreto De Souza to AS Bari on a temporary basis and they have sold Antonio Langella to the same club permanently.

"Igor Djuric has moved to Belgian club K.A.S Eupen on a temporary basis."
