Real Madrid Signing Kaka: I Will Always Be A Fan Of Milan
The Brazilian was clearly moved when speaking about his time at the San Siro ahead of his unveiling for the Merengues...
Real Madrid will officially present midfielder Kaka at their Santiago Bernabeu stadium this evening.
The Brazilian was the Spanish giants' first major acquisition of the summer, costing them €67 million from AC Milan. The Brazilian international gave some statements to the press, outlining his appreciation for the time he spent in Serie A with the Rossoneri.
Speaking to Telelombardia and Antenna 3, he said, "I thank all the Milan fans. They are always in my heart. Milan is a part of my history and I am a part of the history of Milan. We will always have this rapport."
A number of Italian fans protested the move before it was confirmed, but have now wished him well in his new surroundings.
"I thank all of them that have sent me messages [of support]. I will always be a fan of the Rossoneri," he concluded.
Kaka recently won the Confederations Cup with Brazil and will be hoping for immediate success with los Blancos.
