Udinese's Gaetano D'Agostino Transfer To Juventus Still Possible - Report

Despite the denials from both sides, the midfielder can still join the Old Lady this summer.

According to tuttomercatoweb.com, the transfer of Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino to Juventus is still alive and kicking.

Reports claims that the negotiations should receive an acceleration in the coming days, contrary to the declarations of the Friulani's president, Giampaolo Pozzo, and the president of the Old Lady, Giovanni Cobolli Gigli, in the past few days.

The two clubs are expected to have further meetings in pursuit of a final figure that can please both parties, something which they have failed to do so far.

However, the Bianconeri already have another alternative in case the D'Agostino move collapses altogether.

Their second choice is Lazio midfielder Cristian Ledesma, who would take the top spot in Juventus' wish list should the Udinese player remain where he is.

Juve have not yet made an offensive for the Argentine, as they are waiting to see if there will be any developments in the D’Agostino story.

The Turin giants will most likely have a clear indication of which player to go for by the end of this week.
